The Approach

If you are owed money and have a court judgment or order, we can transfer the County Court Judgement up to the High Court, providing High Court Enforcement services including the recovery of court fees and enforcement fees.

As with all of our services, we aim to fully understand your circumstances and the approach you wish to take, and offer the professional services to deliver your requirements – working to recover 100% of what you are owed.

If you would like some help from the start of the process, then we can definitely do that – under license from Claire Sandbrook of Shergroup Ltd, we have the ability to manage the process from start to finish.
